Sergei, can you please post debug output for the link that creates
gtk+-2.20.1/gtk/gtk-query-immodules-2.0?  IOW, add --debug as first
argument after the respective .../libtool command, cat stdout and
stderr, gzip, and send.  Please also send output of
   ./libtool --config
