ly2dvi 1.4.10 footer and copyright

When there is only one page in the file, the footer and copyright 
sections of \header don't get printed.  For example,

\header {copyright="copy" footer="foot" tagline ="tag"}
\score { \notes { c1}}
-----
produces only "tag" at the bottom of the page.  From my understanding 
of the ly2dvi page in the manual, it should produce "copy", "foot", and 
"tag" at the bottom.

(this is on Debian testing; lilypond 1.4.10.  I haven't tried it on 
1.5.x)
