Oops!  Here a patch.  I forgot to implement `noquote' for LaTeX mode,
sorry.  I'll add it soon to the CVS.

PS: I plan to get rid of the `eps' option, replacing it with an
    `inline' option (which will be the default for \lilypond{...}).
