The link to SuSE binaries to download is incorrect. It tries to link to ftp://ftp.lilypond.org/pub/LilyPond/binaries/SuSE but after a bit of browsing round I found that the correct url is ftp://ftp.cs.uu.nl/pub/GNU/LilyPond/binaries/suse/
