layout+spelling

While LilyPond appears to be working the page margins are off (music too
high and to the left).  I looked for info about this in the News area
but saw nothing.  On the other hand I noticed that there have been some
posts about revamping the layout mechanism, so perhaps this is a false
alarm and it is being worked on right now.

I spotted one spelling error at:

It opens with:

Dear music enthousiasts,

It should be 'enthusiasts'.
