Re: using \book ignores \paper

2 things:
1. \paper has recently been split up into the separate blocks \layout and 
\paper. If this is news to you, please read the relevant parts of the manual 
again to make sure that you haven't missed something.
2. If the output still is inconsistent with the manual, can you please send in 
an example that gives unexpected results?
