Erik and Han-Wen,

It is exactly when you have line breaks that the solution is needed.
Forced or unforced doesn't matter.  If, as the result of line breaks,
there is a line that begins with a percent repeat that carries over from
the previously line, it would be nice to display the actual notes in the
first measure of the new line instead of the percent repeat symbol.

Scheme hacking is definitely not my cup of tea.  I thought it was a big
mistake when Stallman replaced TECO with Lisp as the customization
language in Emacs (I guess that shows my age  8^) ).
