You can work around this by using a page break inside the piece. You can
search the lilypond-user archives to learn how to do this.
In 2.5, the proper way to do pagebreaks between scores, is to use
breakbefore=##t in the \header.

\keepTogether sounds like a nice suggestion, imho. (though I don't understand
the \keepWithNext thing)
