2 remaining bugs

Hi,

I have now cleaned up the bug archive.

I discovered 2 new bugs:

1. trill-span-align.ly is now worse, the last trill isn't displayed at all. 
(make-musicglyph-markup "scripts-trill") creates no glyph:

2. Preview images are slightly too narrowly cut off in html generation. For an 
example, see fixed/tie-dotted.ly (move it to the bugs/ directory, remove the 
'fixed' tag and make, then view out/index.html)
