Problem: No Terminal action on Mac

Dear Sirs,

LilyPond looks simply wonderful, and it works fine in all ways for me 
-- except from the Terminal.

The first two error messages in the attachment are without LilyPond 
running at the time; the third one is with LilyPond running.

Mac G4/400, OSX 10.3.9.
