LilyPond 2.7.3: "fondu" amiss in Mac OS 10.4.2

I compiled the file "test0.ly" at the bottom of this letter, from the  
page
  http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.7/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond/A- 
lead-sheet.html#A-lead-sheet
using LilyPond 2.7.3 for Mac OS 10.4.2, and got the error below.  
Apparently, it is the command "fondu" that is amiss in the system.
