Argh, sorry. You need to use fink unstable. (see fink website
for details on how to do this)
Actually, it might be easier just to download the lilypond.patch
and .info from the cvs like I suggested in a previous email. They're
only available for the 10.4-branch of fink. (they work ok on my
10.3.9, but I had to download them manually)
In addition, this discussion should be moved to lilypond-user; it's
not an issue for bug-lilypond.
