The following error is the result of attempting to convert a MIDI file to
Lilypond format:
C:\Lilypond\Projects>midi2ly dulcimerreel.mid

This same error comes up even after running the command on different MIDI files.
The following is the directory structure (compare to the directory structure
being called in the line "SystemError" above):
C:\Lilypond\usr\Users\lilytest\testing\gub-devel\target\mingw\install\gcc-root\
usr\cross\i686-mingw32\lib\debug
