Bug in running Lilypond 2.9.18 Windows - no details listed when compiling a file

Hi everyone,

In current version of Lilypond (2.9.18) for windows when running from 
command prompt there are no details listed as the file is compiled. e.g. 
from version 2.9.17

C:\Documents and Settings\trent\Desktop>lilypond VivaldiTrioSonataI
GNU LilyPond 2.9.17
Processing `VivaldiTrioSonataI.ly'
Parsing...
Interpreting music... [8][16][18]
Preprocessing graphical objects...
Interpreting music...
MIDI output to `VivaldiTrioSonataI.midi'...
Track...
Calculating line breaks...
Drawing systems...
Calculating page breaks...
Layout output to `VivaldiTrioSonataI.ps'...
Converting to `VivaldiTrioSonataI.pdf'...

This is all missing in 2.9.18. Also a new CMD.exe window is opened when the 
file is converted to pdf from ps.
