I cannot test versions after 2.7.27. The newer versions indicate no error in the compilation but they don't produce a ps-file and pdf-file. I reinstalled the older version 2.7.27 and than I have no problems (I get ps- and pdf-files). So I suppose something is missing in the install program for the newer versions.
