This is considerably better in 2.11.20, though probably still not fixed. Try 
creating
a sample text-only file (like mentioned in comment #1) that spans three or more
pages. The output shows good spacing between markup blocks on the first and last
page, but weird, highly compressed spacing on the pages in the middle.

The warning still issues on three-page textfiles, though it's not the warning 
now
that's the problem; it's the tighter, almost-but-not-quite overlapping spacing.
