Issue 445: minimum-Y-extent missing for staffs
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=445
Comment #4 by joeneeman:
I _think_ I removed it from staff so that I could increase the default in
PianoStaff (but it was a while ago and I'm not sure). A nicer solution than
minimum-Y-extent, IMO, would be to add a some sort of minimum-distance property
that is read by Align_interface. That way, we can control the minimum
separation
between two staves (which is what we want, I think) rather than the minimum
separation between a staff and _everything_ in the other VerticalAxisGroup.
If you're in a hurry to release 2.12, I'll put back in minimum-Y-extent (but
this
will cause some issues with bar numbers again). Otherwise, I'll work on a
proper
solution but maybe not until after 26/10.
