Multiple users have reported that lilypond doesn't work on MacOS X 10.5
Leopard.

I can't verify or reject this, since I don't have 10.5.  I haven't seen
reports from anybody who could give any more info than this.  :(   However,
I think we need to fix this before 2.12.
