New issue report by v.villenave:
Lilypond 2.11.42 takes around a minute to parse and render a minimal .ly
file on Windows XP, whereas it used to take only a few seconds with 2.11.34.

Lily seems to rebuild the font cache on every compilation; it might be
related to #545, which is more or less the same problem under Windows Vista.
