This is Lilypond trying to find a file called 16.ly when I asked it toopen a file called Jn3:16.lyI should have seen that :( Sorry for the noise. I can't investigate further myself as Windows does not permit files to be saved with a colon in the filename.
I have verified it on Mac OS X 10.5.7. The file works fine in other contexts - I can open it with Xcode, for example. But: $ /Applications/LilyPond.app/Contents/Resources/bin/lilypond 'Jn3:16.ly'
GNU LilyPond 2.13.1 warning: cannot find file: `Jn3:16.ly' error: failed files: "Jn3:16.ly"Mac OS used to prohibit names with ":". It now works from the console. They show up in the GUI (Finder) as names with "/", and vice versa, ":" is still prohibited in the GUI, but "/" translated into ":" on the UNIX level.
