Well, it's not quite as bad as that, since the java code which
generates the snippets for the tarball converts a select number of
HTML tags to texinfo.  The following code is probably out of date (the
latest version downloadble is from 2007), but I'm sure if we asked
Seba to add support for <q> (or whatever the correct tag is) he'd be
happy to oblige.
