Two users have already gotten confused about the manual pages.  I guess we
should add a whole bunch of

  @ifnothtml
  @ifclear big-page

  @ifnottex

  @ifnotinfo

and the like in those files.  I will not do this myself, because it's a
silly overcomplicated mess, but if somebody else does it, I'll accept their
patch.

(alternate solution: write a macro that sets up all the links.  You'll need
to have several macro calls inside that macro, and change the values passed
to the macros based on the arguments of the first macro.  I think I saw
that texinfo supports this, although I have no clue if texi2html and
texi2pdf do as well)
