Same issue with 2.12.2 and 2.13.15 with two voices instead of a chord:

% the sharp of fis should be closer to the note head
% it is shifted to the left as if the sharp of the second cis was printed
\version "2.12.2"
<< { cis''1 ~  cis'' } \\ { eis' fis' } >>
