As of version 2.13.6, RemoveEmptyStaff still unsets auto-knee-gap, which
seems not to be needed any longer, as mentioned in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2009-09/msg00537.html

This is a simple fix, but we'd also need a regtest about that.
