I'm opening this issue to gather all problems we may encounter when
uninstalling LilyPond.

For instance, Patrick has recently noticed that on *nix systems a few
symlinks are left after uninstallation in ~/bin:

 abc2ly
 convert-ly
 etf2ly
 lilypond-book
 lilypond-invoke-editor
 midi2ly
 mup2ly
 musicxml2ly
