New request from Robin:

We currently have two basic transformations: ly:stencil-translate and
ly:stencil-rotate.

These could be complemented by a ly:stencil-scale transformation along the
lines of the postscript operator:  x y scale.

This could of course be used for zooming, but would also allow to change
the aspect ratio, flip/stretch objects etc.
