yes, from the picture you sent me, i know the 2 first chords : G major et C
major... :)
Unlike Ukuleles which have different tunings, the Mandolin has a standard
tuning : EADG.
(G is the lower note, E the high-pitched one). I have not seen so far people
using unorthodox tunings.

I'm not a mandolin player but I know a few chords.
