That's what I thought first too.
But Documentation/included/authors.itexi _does_ show email addresses 
(even undisguised ones).

This should be clarified:

- Should email addresses be exposed on lilypond.org?
- if yes, undisguised or in which form?
- if there should be _no_ email addresses the documentation in the CG 
should be adapted. Maybe one could be asked to write to the mailing list 
in order to get contacted back? Although this isn't exactly encouraging ...
