Real-life use of LilyPond

Dear Lilyponders,

On your webbsite you ask for real-life use of Lilypond. Here is some sheet
music used in real-life, that was typeset be me:

 - Sheet music in the Querido publication "Zing Mee met Annie M.G." was
typeset by me. using Lilypond. See

 - I created choir rehearsal scores for the Dutch translation of Saint
Nicolas by Benjamin Britten. It was performed by Muziektheater Hollands Diep
in 2011. See

 - I am now creating the score and parts for an arrangement of Moussurgsky's
Boris Godounov for wind quintet, piano and percussion. This is to be
