grace notes and autochange

Hello,

I believe I found a bug while using grace notes with \autochange. If a work
start with any type of grace note, then they are not affected by the
\autochange algorithm. However, if a work start with a note, rest, full
measure rest or invisible rest, then all grace notes will behave as
expected.

Ex:  grace_autochange.ly
