LM addversion extra whitespace

The use of @lilypond[addversion] or @lilypondfile[addversion] a few
times in LM 3 (Fundamental concepts) and the LM templates is adding some
messy extra whitespace around the \version statement each time. See, for
example, the final example here:
[http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/learning/soprano-and-cello].

I have attached a couple of patch files to correct this. In LM 3, I have
replaced addversion with \version @w{"@version{}"} to match some other
examples. In the LM templates, I have removed addversion as other
templates don't seem to bother including a \version statement.

I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if I should instead send
these patch files to address@hidden
