Vertical spacing titles and highest staff in LilyPond version 2.18.2.
1. When some files are included to main file, not within \book block
but just added with \include command outside any block, there is put
too much vertical space between titles and "piece" title.
2. I tried in a template of main file and added files to one: override
bookTitleMarkup and scoreTitleMarkup but with improper effect: titles
disapeared except "piece" title.
3. I tried in default "titling-init.ly" remove "hspace #1" in
scoreTitleMarkup, but without permission of operating system
(windows).
