Hash.obj missing in NMakefile and build_w32.bat

Hi,

I tried to build GNU make 3.80 on WinXP and MSVC++ 6.0 but linker 
refused to produce output. I found that "hash.obj" was missing in 
NMakefile, so functions implemented in that file wasn't found by linker.

Diff file made by diff.exe from WinCVS 1.2 is also included in the 
attachments.
