We don't publish prebuilt binaries of GNU software.
You can find the source code that you can easily build yourself at the
usual place:
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/make/
You can also find prebuilt binaries of lots of software for Solaris at
other sites, such as sunfreeware.com.
