No.  This list is for discussion of bugs and issues with building and
using GNU make itself.

First, unless you made a typo, you are using qmake, which is not GNU
make.

Second, even if you're really using GNU make your problem is with the
code you're trying to build (missing headers, librarires, etc.) and
not with GNU make itself.  You'll have to ask on a mailing list
dedicated to the software you're trying to build.
