[PATCH] Docs: make.texi: ; -> ,

[PATCH] Docs: make.texi: ; -> , |

The punctuation in a few spots has been change from a semicolon
to a comma; this is not only grammatically correct, but also
consistent with previous usage when presenting the exact same
information.
