Details:

This is complementary to a fix e8ca9b8e from 16 Feb 2005.  That restores stack
limit for processes launched for targets, but omits to also restore it for
processes launched through $(shell) expansion.  The attached patch
straightforwardly expands the fix to that situation as well.
