[PATCH 10/52] man/curs_variables.3x: Replace "SVID" reference with "SVr4". |

Referring to the System V Interface Definition is not necessary.
ncurses man pages mostly discuss SVr4 (or BSD) curses systems as
implemented, or the X/Open standard. Eliminating it saves having to
explain the abbreviation.
