[PATCH 06/17] man/*: Fix wording nits. |

* Say "X/Open Curses" instead of just "X/Open"; that organization
produces more than one standard.
* Say that X/Open Curses "specifies" things rather than "defining" them,
favoring the latter term for something implementations do.
