I use "git format-patch" embedded in a bespoke shell script. I had
problems with attempting to combine "git send-mail", neomutt, and
GPG-signing of my messages.
Apparently mutt, or neomutt, or both, still have to be patched to
accommodate my workflow, and I lack the energy to maintain a private
fork of either.
