Subject: [PATCH 2/4] man/{ncurses.3x,terminfo.head}: Drop version reporting from body text.

It's not necessary now that (as of patch 20230617) ncurses man pages put
this information in the man page footer.  (The patch level is omitted,
but that too can be done.)
