[PATCH 012/100] man/curs_kernel.3x: Fix style nits.

From: G. Branden Robinson
Subject: [PATCH 012/100] man/curs_kernel.3x: Fix style nits.
Date: Sat, 30 Mar 2024 16:48:37 -0500

* Use a proper cross reference to a specific function, since (with
  dilegence), we can count on "man/man_db.renames" to make it
  resolvable.
* Favor man(7) font style macros over *roff font selection escape
  sequences, except for man page cross references (because
  man/make_sed.sh recognizes only certain patterns when rewriting such
  cross references).
* Tighten wording.
