I have added floating figures to my texinfo.tex
They work reasonably well, but are not perfect, and
such niceties as controlling flushing etc are not
yet functional.
I would like to submit these changes in order that the
facility be better tested; is anyone interested in being
a beta tester? Yesses mean I write more documentation
and release.
