Putting a footnote inside a footnote causes makeinfo to SEGV. TeX
processes it, but forgets to include the content of the second
footnote.

Disclaminer: Of course this is silly! I have a @fixme macro which
puts the text in a footnote, and forgot that when I used @fixme in a
footnote. I'm merely reporting the SEGV if you want to do something
about it. But I'm definitely not asking for this to work.
