HTML <h5 class="unnumberedsubsubsec"> too small

In a document I am working on, @unnumberedsubsubsec titles come out in
too small a font in my Galeon Web browser. (Other titles are OK.)
An @unnumberedsubsubsec title looks like this in HTML:
<h5 class="unnumberedsubsubsec">Foo Bar</h5>
Perhaps `makeinfo' should be changed to make the title bigger? I am
not sure. How do you change a private copy of the `makeinfo' sources?
More to the point, what do I write into the Texinfo source file to
change something like this for HTML? I know what to do for TeX, but
have no idea what to do for HTML.
