4.6 does not compile with djgpp

I tried to build version 4.6 with djgpp

 

I have the following error message at the djgpp\config step :

 

cannot find input file po/Makefile.in.in

 

 

there is a Makefile.in-in there in po

 

if I rename it to .in.in I get :

 

nothing, the file is renamed .in-in by the config script
