Hi there,
it would be nice makeinfo would also support HTML navigation in
split-documents. To do that, the document should have <link> tags,
which look like
<LINK REL="next" HREF="..url to the next page..">
<LINK REL="prev" HREF="..url to the prev page..">
I think these should officially be the <head> of the document, but
under mozilla they also work if they are in the body of the text,
IIRC.
