This is not an issue. Anything could appear after the , like in @footnote ?
Alternately, the definitions could be provided in table like environnements:
The @definitionterm{Glossary, Public Good} is used in that case.
@definition Glossary
@item Public Good
A public good, is somthing defined by.....
@end definition
blah blah ... could provide a @definitionterm{Glossary, Public Good} as
explained in ...
@node Glossay
@appendix Glossary
@listofdefinitions Glossary
The definition wouldn't be written when
@definition Glossary
@item Public Good
...
appears but when @listofdefinitions Glossary appears, and the
@definitionterm{Glossary, Public Good} would refer to the entry appearing in
@listofdefinitions Glossary. The equivalent code, without special macro could
be something like:
The Public Good (@xref{Glossary: Public Good}) is used in that case.
blah blah ... could provide a Public Good (@xref{Glossary: Public Good}) as
explained in ...
@node Glossary
@appendix Glossary
@table @asis
@item Public Good @anchor{Glossary: Public Good}
A public good, is somthing defined by.....
@end table
