Hi Alper.  I'm afraid it doesn't.  I get the same errors.  This
started to happen after I upgraded some tools in Debian, but I may
also have upgraded texinfo at the same time, so I'm not sure it is a
texinfo problem, but docbook2* do work on the XML generated in libidn
0.3.4 which used an older texinfo.
