Hi,
I am still having fun with @macro and @value, and here I have
a very disturbing error message from texi2dvi. This error message
happens with texi2dvi -E and without -E, because it comes from
something inside a @macro, and as the @macro isn't removed by
makeinfo, adding -E doesn't change anything (makeinfo don't find
an error when the macro is defined but not expanded, and warns when
the macro is expanded).
It's still a (very) dubious construct which causes a problem:
@set aflag arg
@macro testvaluebody { arg }
address@hidden
@end macro
The error message from texi2dvi is rather strange:
(values in macro)
/home/pat/texi2html/tests/macro_value_if/bug2.texi:11: Undefined control sequen
ce
[1] )
This is the same error message than when you put something else than arg
between the \ \. Maybe this could be different ?
A similar case happen with another macro instead of a @value.
I attach the example code, with these @value and @macro constructs.
